Description
As ESG factors are becoming increasingly important in today’s business environment, so is embedding sustainability considerations in commercial contracts. For sustainability work to have a real impact, sustainability efforts need to be integrated more widely into operational activities, including procurement and contracting practices and corporate reporting. While contracts are an important tool in relation to emerging corporate sustainability regulation, it is essential to understand what this entails in practice. Association of Project Professionals Finland, Contract Management, The Finnish Corporate Responsibility Law Association and The Finnish Association for Legal and Social Sciences welcome you to follow short introductions and a panel discussion by experienced experts on proactive legal thinking, accessible communication and sustainable contracting.
